Technology Consulting – Technologies & Platforms, Salesforce.com Technical Architect (Senior) (Multiple Positions) (1545511), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Tysons (McLean), VA.

Implement and deploy Salesforce solutions and work on technical implementations to finalize designs as they relate to customizations and/or integration of CRM. Evaluate software components and translate requirements into technical design and tasks, write code that is simple, reliable, and scalable and analyze and fix moderate to complex problems during development and support. Document and communicate results appropriately and participate in white-boarding sessions and impact analysis and explore methods and tools to improve the overall development process. Learn new client information quickly, and translate data modeling, process modeling, and revision control systems.

Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field and 2 years of related work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field and 1 year of related work experience.

Must have 1 year of Salesforce.com technical architecture experience on enterprise projects.

Must have 1 year of experience with Force.com platform programming in one or a combination of any of the following: Apex, Visualforce, and/or SOQL.

Must have 1 year of experience with Force.com platform out-of-the-box functionality, including best practices regarding security and automation.

Must have 1 year of experience integrating Salesforce.com with external systems.

Must have 1 year of experience working with relational database concepts.

Must have Salesforce Platform Developer 1 certification or must be able to obtain this certification within one year of hire.
