Strategic Partnering:
- Align HR strategies with business objectives to support overall organizational goals.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement HR initiatives that drive business performance.
Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employees and managers, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement.
Talent Management:
- Support talent acquisition efforts by working with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and participate in the recruitment process.
- Implement talent development programs, including training, career development
Performance Management:
- Guide managers in setting performance goals and conducting performance reviews.
- Provide coaching and feedback to managers and employees to enhance their performance and career growth.
Change Management:
- Assist in managing organizational changes, such as restructures, mergers, or new initiatives.
- Communicate changes effectively and support employees through transitions.
HR Policy and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Ability to work with data, pull insights and create an action plan.
- Prepare and present reports on HR activities and outcomes.
Employee Engagement and Culture:
- Support the organizational employee surveys and implement action plans based on feedback.
Have you got what it takes?
- Should have at least 5 years’ experience in the field of HR as an HR Business partner.
- Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results.
- Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative.
- Demonstrated ability to coach managers and supervisors to use company best practices for maximum effectiveness.
- Empathy and Active Listening: Understanding employee concerns and needs, which helps in building trust and improving engagement.
- Innovation and Creativity: Bringing innovative HR practices and creative solutions to address complex HR challenges and improve organizational effectiveness
