Qualifications:

- First-year M.A. Student or PhD Student in Psychology/BusinessAdministration/OrganizationalBehavior/Sociology or combine studies of HR and Economics/Statistics OR BA student at last semester with intention to proceed with MA studies.
- At least 4 semesters till graduation.
- Ability to work 4 days a week.- Experience in HR / managers consultation/ leading organizational processes or in a parallel roles within organizations -advantage.
