ABOUT THE ROLE
This role will work to uplevel the event & venue experience through configuration changes, improved internal processes, and engagement with a vast network of external stakeholders, including event organizers, venue operators, traffic planners, property developers, and law enforcement agencies.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Event, Venue, and City Relationship Management:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams across business development, product, marketing, operations, legal, and finance to resolve issues at a portfolio of events and venues across the US and Canada.
- Respond to configuration change requests, PUDO zone setups, general questions, and other inbounds from external parties.
- Manage driver and rider CRM related to user acquisition, public safety matters, and transportation logistics.
- Negotiate consulting and partnership agreements, process contracts and payments, operationalize the terms of new or amended deals, and ensure ongoing adherence to terms.
- Provide support to complex, high-impact projects and configuration changes across the portfolio.
- Develop new systems to increase efficiency in cross-functional work with other departments and to help streamline integration of existing and emerging products that are being prioritized across the event and venue use case.
Operational Excellence Work
- Complete data analysis as needed to support portfolio management and ad hoc event plans.
- Triage internal stakeholder feedback regarding event and venues experiences with updated wayfinding and other operational adjustments.
- Participate in event and venue configuration audits to ensure a consistent, defect-free experience across all priority properties.
Strategy & Insights:
- Build insightful reports and presentations to communicate business performance and strategic opportunities.
- Deep dive into our biggest marketplace and core experience challenges and navigate high touch issues through critical thinking and ideation.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Associates Degree
- 1-2 years of related experience
- Organized with project management experience
- Data-first problem solver with experience with Excel/data management
- Strong communication skills
- Basic tools proficiency [ Salesforce, Google Sheets, Fractal, Mapsdot, Bugle, Forge, Bloc, Flow ]
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in strategy, operations, and program management.
- Experience producing high quality presentations.
- Experience taking initiative in a constantly changing work environment; resilience to overcome challenges and deliver during fluid conditions.
- Self-motivated individual that works well independently.
- Experience with managing collaborators at all levels, and experience interacting with airports as an added plus.

For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base hourly rate range for this role is USD$33.66 per hour - USD$35.46 per hour.
For New York, NY-based roles: The base hourly rate range for this role is USD$37.50 per hour - USD$39.42 per hour.
For Phoenix, AZ-based roles: The base hourly rate range for this role is USD$30.05 per hour - USD$31.62 per hour.
For Washington, DC-based roles: The base hourly rate range for this role is USD$37.50 per hour - USD$39.42 per hour.
