Responsibilities include:
- Drive adoption and delivery of specified Network offerings including Discovery, Network Catalog, other new offerings.
- Champion opportunities to improve / optimize the buyer/supplier experience…either by reducing manual effort to deliver the experience and enhancing/improving our offerings.
- Work closely with Buyer & Supplier Account Manager teams to identify and execute opportunities for synergy.
- Be the voice of Customer Success to represent the Buyer and Supplier customer’s needs across various internal teams such as Marketing, Product & Engineering, Services, CSPs etc.
- Manage escalations related to Discovery, Network Catalog (and other services as they are launched)

Minimum Qualifications:
- 5 + years of hands on Customer or Buyer/Supplier Business experience
- Advanced PowerPoint & Excel
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Able to have conversations
- Do customer presentations, webinars/ ppts
