What you will do
As a staff consultant, you will:
- Help our clients tackle some of the most pressing end-to-end challenges being driven by the changing digital environment
- Define and streamline commercial functions and go-to-market strategy across pricing, sales and services
- Create and sustain value for clients and support them in reimagining and mobilizing new business and operating models to drive sustainable change
- Adopt experience-led methodologies to help clients conceptualize, design and execute their enterprise transformation
- Bring together product, digital and design capabilities to help clients reimagine and reconfigure their enterprise
- Deliver the transformation program and bring the value realization to life
Job Requirements and Preferences
- Required Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Statistics, Accounting, Management, Consulting, Management Information Systems, IT, or Data Science
- Aptitude, and/or experience in Python or other technical languages and basic understanding of AI and familiarity with prompt logic and data needs to drive AI modeling
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring clear and effective interactions with team members and clients
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a strong academic background in business and technology disciplines
- Preferred Qualifications
- Displayed interest in digital, industry change and transformation via relevant internship experience, extracurricular involvement and knowledge and skills
- Demonstrate a growth-oriented mindset with the ability to innovate and adapt in a dynamic business landscape

What we offer
We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $69,000 to $113,700. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $82,700 to $129,300. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
