As our Senior Manager (Risk Analytics) you’ll help us lead and deliver risk-focused data and analytics projects for clients in a diverse range of industries, applying a blend of business and technical skills to deliver insights through data. You can expect to:

• Drive the growth of a national Risk Analytics team by supporting recruitment, capability and team building, and lead business development initiatives (including internal and external stakeholders coordination and management).
• Manage and design the delivery of interesting and complex analytics projects, building relationships with clients at all levels and in all sectors to become a trusted advisor to our clients.
• Identify areas of opportunity to further grow in the market and facilitate better outcomes for our clients.
• Mentoring and quality assuring teams, taking accountability for outcomes, delegating and supervising large teams, structuring engagements and engagement economics, designing innovative solutions and managing key elements of the business
• Developing and maintaining influential working relationships with clients
• Contribute to people-related initiatives including recruiting, retaining and training EY teams
• Lead the development and roll-out of Risk Analytics solutions, tools, and methodologies within EY and for our clients.

• Demonstrated project and/or program management experience, with the ability to inspire collaboration and innovation in diverse project teams (both virtually and in person) and engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders to communicate and present data-driven business insights.
• Demonstrated experience in leading business opportunity pursuits, developing business cases, and building stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to solve complex business problems by working with large and complex datasets, designing solutions to solve business problems using data, and developing and documenting data solutions and methods.
• Strong quantitative, analytical and data modelling skills, with proficiency in hands-on data analysis, data preparation, and/or data visualisation and knowledge of tools and techniques for processing data (e.g. SQL, PowerQuery, etc.).
