As our Manager (Risk Analytics) you’ll help us lead and deliver risk-focused data and analytics projects for clients in a diverse range of industries, applying a blend of business and technical skills to deliver insights through data. You can expect to:
- Drive the growth of a national Risk Analytics team by supporting recruitment, capability building, and business development initiatives (including internal and external stakeholders coordination).
- Manage and design the delivery of interesting and complex analytics projects, building relationships with clients at all levels and in all sectors to become a trusted advisor to our clients.
- Manage onshore and offshore team in delivering analytics projects, including coaching and quality review.
- Supporting the development and roll-out of Risk Analytics solutions, tools, and methodologies within EY and for our clients.
What we’re looking for

- Demonstrated project management experience, with the ability to inspire collaboration and innovation in diverse project teams and engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders to communicate and present data-driven business insights.
- Proficiency in hands-on data analysis, data preparation, and/or data visualisation and knowledge of tools and techniques for processing data (e.g. SQL, PowerQuery, etc.).
- Experience working with large and complex datasets, designing solutions to solve business problems using data, and developing and documenting data solutions and methods.
- Proficiency in and understanding of a relevant area complementary to Risk Analytics (e.g. Internal Audit, Data Governance, Risk Management)
- Experience in the business development process, including building stakeholder relationships, account management, tender and proposal creation and/or sales
