You will report directly to our Field Service Manager. In this role, you will lead and manage a team of field service technicians, providing technical guidance and support for conveyor systems. • of field service technicians, providing technical guidance and support for conveyor systems
• Oversee field service operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery
• Assign and schedule field service technicians to meet customer demands and service level agreements
• Provide technical expertise and support for complex technical issues, both remotely and on-site
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions for customer needs
• Conduct training sessions for field service technicians and customers
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for improvement
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

YOU MUST HAVE

•High School Diploma, or equivalent. Some experience in the field.
• in field service engineering, with a focus on electrical and mechanical solutions or Conveyor systems
•Must be able to work Monday -Friday (40+ hour week)
