You will report directly to our Field Service Supervisor, and you'll work out of our Tinker AFB, Oklahoma City location on a Monday through Friday work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency, productivity, and safety of our customers' operations by providing exceptional technical support and service.• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for our customers
• Provide advanced technical support and expertise for our Building Automation solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of our solutions
• Conduct training sessions for customers and field service technicians
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for improvement

• Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in field service engineering, with a focus on complex technical solutions
• Strong technical knowledge and expertise in Building Automation technologies
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in project management and execution
• Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Continuous learning mindset and willingness to stay updated with industry advancements
• Results-oriented approach and ability to drive projects to successful completion
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
