The main function of this position is to respond and resolvecomplex service calls providing technical support and troubleshooting toHoneywell customers. Additionalresponsibilities related to the technical delivery of small service jobs, timeand work material, and preventive maintenance may be assigned as well. Thesecustomers will have various products installed that fall into the – HVAC,automation controls, life safety, fire, and security systems category as wellas their associated computer systems. Level 3 Technicians will be expected tocoach and mentor more junior technicians. The goal is to ensure system up-timeand efficiency.

The salary range for this position is $66,700- $100,100. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
JOB DUTIES:

  • Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of HVAC, FireAlarm, and Building Automation systems.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues, both remotelyand on-site.
  • Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely andeffective resolution of customer issues.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to customers andfield service technicians.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, andregulatory requirements.

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in field service or arelated technical role.
  • Strong technical knowledge and expertise in HVAC, FireAlarm, or Building Automation systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts toboth technical and non-technical stakeholders.
