Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
You will collaborate with key stakeholders in Global Sales, Global Brands and Finance. Focus will be on digital but also cross-channel simulations and cross-dimensional analytics that are an integral part of our company strategy trying to move the Group a step ahead.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the digital business in steering the execution of the digital strategy and growth ambition, including digital initiatives, capabilities, programs & foundation building
- Create business cases for new digital capabilities and business models and help translating strategic business targets in yearly and department targets
- Build ad-hoc and scenario analysis for fast decision taking. Ensure financial guidelines are respected and identify critical processes & advice solutions
- Responsible for creating and driving the reporting and analytics framework for our Membership program
- Lead financial calibration of global redemption plans, quantify and evaluate incremental NS scenarios and assess financial impact on new countries and mechanisms go-live
- Enable strategy execution by developing and spearheading key Membership reporting & analytics initiatives
- Setting and tracking of Membership related Global and Market Targets including interaction with Global Sales functions and MDs
- Support in the development and implementation of adequate communication packages to present derived results, recommendations and solutions.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Basic understanding of e-commerce and digital business models
- Business understanding of processes and structures with advanced finance and analytical skills
- Good understanding of FP&A, controlling and finance; knowledge of IFRS is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with different international cultures
- Solutions-oriented approach and entrepreneurial mindset
- High degree of customer orientation and first experiences in business partnering; the ability to see the customer’s point of view and to bring opinions of his/ her own
- Thorough understanding of the complexity, interactions and dynamics of an international company

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- University degree in Finance or Accounting or Strategy (Masters or MBA preferred)
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience within Finance, Management Consulting or Analytics
- Industry specific experience strongly preferred
- Experience with digital apps, membership programs and digital marketing is a plus
- Familiarity with SAP and other ERP/reporting software preferred
