As our Psychosocial Risk Manager, you will thrive in a cross-functional environment,streamlining the interfacing elements of psychosocial risk management.You enjoy consulting across the workforce to deliver best practice psychosocial safety. You embrace a rapidly changing business landscape including executing new ideas, improvements, and technologies.

• You will implement the psychosocial risk management system, integrating the requirements with EY’s ISO 45001 Safety Management System and drive continual improvement.

• Work with senior leadership on demonstrating commitment to psychosocial safety and making EY a workplace where everyone thrives.
• You can shape the psychosocial risk management system to meet the evolving regulatory landscape and strengthen the understanding of psychosocial risk assessment and control across our AU and NZ operations.
• Formulate the measures for monitoring the performance of the psychosocial risk management system and create objectives for delivering advancements in psychosocial safety.

What we’re looking for

• Qualifications or minimum of 4 years’ experience in organisational psychology / psychology and safety management systems.
• Demonstrated knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 45003 (within professional services will be advantageous).
• Proven ability to demonstrate complex stakeholder management and influencing skills.
