Job Description

The Role:

As an Improvement Engineer (Green Belt), you will play a vital role in leading improvement projects under the direction of the Improvement Lead Live. You will be conducting improvements within the production facilities where our vaccines are manufactured.

Responsibilities:

• Assure effective application of Lean, Six Sigma, Inclusion, and Change Management concepts through coaching and leading improvement initiatives.
• Support the manufacturing department (IPT Live) in achieving business results through initiating, leading, and participating in business improvement initiatives.
• Lead or support investigations on compliance or business issues, identifying root causes and defining corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with peers to share best practices and use metrics and data to identify, analyze, and prioritize technical and business problems and opportunities.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor or academic degree
• Certified Green Belt
• Proven Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
• Project management skills and proven ability to manage projects.
• Customer-focused, process-oriented, and data-driven
• Passion for Lean, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement
• Good oral and reporting skills in English and Dutch
