Purpose of the role

Under the direction of the Improvement Lead Live, the Improvement Engineer Live Vaccines plays a key role in leading improvement projects.

Responsiblities

• Assure effective application of Lean, Six Sigma, Inclusion and Change Management concepts by demonstrating them in improvement initiatives and by coaching practitioners.

• Support the manufacturing department (IPT Live) in achieving its business results by initiating, leading and participating in business improvement initiatives.

• Lead or support investigations on compliance or business issues, identifying the root-cause and defining corrective and preventive actions.

• Collaborate with peers in the department to share Best-Practices.

• Use metrics and data to identify, analyze and prioritize both technical as well as business problems and opportunities.

Your profile

• Bachelor or academic degree

• Certified Green Belt.

• Proven Analytical and Problem Solving Skills.

• Project management skills & proven ability to manage projects.

• Customer focused, process oriented and data driven.

• Passion for Lean, Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement.

• Good oral and reporting skills in English and preferable also Dutch
