Job Description

Associate Director of Market Access is mainly responsible to makeactivities to ensure company can achieve their goals as plan effectively and efficiently with maximizing market access function.

Specific Roles and Responsibilities of Market Access

• Setting clear strategies to ensure optimal access of our company products (vaccines and medicines) to customers as well as acceptable pricing on the short and long term and these strategies for new pipeline-product as well as for in-line products

• Collaborates at senior management level with external key stakeholder (ministries of Health, Government Finance, etc) professional and patient associations and key scientific leaders

• Understanding the customer value proposition and identifying mutual interest with our company

• Understanding and being able to influence the relevant environment and mechanisms

• Optimization customer access of vaccines and medicines by creating strategic procedures for new products and continuously showing added value of in-line products

• Gives strategic direction on pricing and risk sharing opportunities based on market data

• Solves complex access challenges, defines risk sharing schemes and solves tender problem on national/local level

• Collaborates with relevant functions to search best solution for customer

• Develops metrics, measures progress, and ensures accountability and results are recorded, shared, and utilized

QUALIFICATION & SKILLS

• Minimum Bachelor Degree, preferably in marketing or medical or communication

• Minimum 2-year experiences as Market Access Lead or 3 years as market access and/or policy, preferably having experience in pharmaceutical industry (vaccine business)

• Risk Management

• Strategic thinking

• Strong written and verbal communications skills (both in English and Indonesia language)

• Demonstrates initiative, strategic thinking and creative problem solving in response to the communications challenges and opportunities

• Excellent project management skills

• Attention to detail

• Ability to work effectively under intense stress and pressure especially in a crisis/issue

• Good knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and health issues

• Strong on medical communication phrase
