In this role, you will impact the growth and success of our Aero-Defense& Transportation business unit by driving revenue and expanding our marketpresence in the defense and transportation sectors.• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet orexceed sales quotas
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in the defenseand transportation sectors, understanding their needs and providing appropriatesolutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customeronboarding, order processing, and support
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify new businessopportunities and drive continuous improvement• Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales (Defense industry experience is preferred)
• Working experience at foreign owned company or defensecompany
• Proven track record of achieving salestargets and driving revenue growth
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers andinternal stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering, Electrical engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, ora related field
• Passion for sales and achieving results
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics
• Continuous learning and adaptability
