In this role, you will:
- Participate in client targeting and coverage strategy across Banking, coordinating with various cross-functional areas including Banking leadership, CIB Executive Engagement, LOB COO, Data & Analytics and CIB business partners
- Review a variety of assigned and ongoing business management operations to ensure success in meeting business objectives
- Research, support and identify on strategic priorities requiring deep analyses of internal metrics and industry trends, including supporting client campaigns, coverage effectiveness, executive engagement and client events
- Utilize independent judgement to complete moderate risk deliverables
- Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business
- Collaborate to craft clear and compelling narratives by leveraging creative data visualization and story-telling to support executive strategic presentations
- Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 2+ years of Corporate & Investment Banking experience
Desired Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience at a global, highly matrixed financial services firm
- Experience working in or with front-line investment banking teams and leadership
- Experience executing large projects on complex topics with clear deliverables and recommendations
- Thought leader in topics that improve the overall franchise, including strategies to drive client engagement, improve efficiency, create leverage and scale, and increase process and metrics that drive behavioral change
- Understanding of the Investment Banking and Corporate Banking businesses
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills for executive presentations and reporting
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to lead meetings, communicate ideas and results effectively, and drive consensus throughout the organization
- Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment and act with urgency when supporting leadership requests
Job Expectations:
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed or scheduled
- Ability to work outside of regular business hours
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

Pay Range
$73,100.00 - $155,900.00
