Join the industry leader to design the next generation of breakthroughs

You will report directly to our Regional Sales Leader and you'll work out of our Burnaby, BC, Calgary/Edmonton, AB or Winnipeg, MB locations on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact our organization by:
- Developing and executing account plans to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Conducting product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our building automation solutions
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and objectives
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions to customers
• Provide technical expertise and support to customers throughout the sales process
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our building automation solutions

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 3 years of quota carrying experience in sales or account management.
  • 5 years of experience in one or more of the following fields: Building Technology, Building Automation Systems (BAS), HVAC controls strategies, Access Control, CCTV, Fire Alarm
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time within Western Canada and occasional travel to the US and Eastern Canada

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Technical certifications in building automation systems

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Salary: 105,000 to 120,000 + sales incentive based on experience, training and skills
