Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 8+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement
    • OR equivalent experience.

Additional Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field.
  • Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA.
  • Communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex and technical concepts in a clear and compelling way to diverse audiences.
  • Relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to establish trust and credibility with leaders, customers, partners, regulators, and industry peers.
  • Demonstrated ability to align cross functionally across various stakeholders and drive agreement.
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering impactful and engaging programs and initiatives that educate, inform, and influence the global customer community on security matters.
  • Passion and curiosity for learning and staying abreast of the latest trends and innovations in the security and financial services domains.

Responsibilities
  • Work with the Community General Manager to build the operational structure, reporting, metrics, measurement, KPIs for the CSMO Customer Community Program Align across all key Microsoft stakeholders to understand their requirements and incorporate feedback into the program.
  • Prioritize building foundational aspects of the program for scale.
  • Build and maintain a closed loop feedback system for customers to rapidly incorporate their feedback.
  • Build resilient and automated capabilities to avoid human error in systems.
  • Continue evolving the program based on feedback.
  • Optimize processes and iterate over time.
