Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 6+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement

o OR equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of driving tooling requirements and managing roadmaps
  • Experience developing and implementing incident response plans
  • Proficient collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals
  • Dependable leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and multi-disciplinary projects.
  • Dedicated communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of negotiating and influencing outcomes.
  • Proficiency in analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, particularly those related to Azure''s cloud services.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, managing multiple priorities and complex challenges.

Responsibilities

Microsoft is looking for program manager resources to help with the New Service Delivery Introduction (NSDI) process. This resource will specific focus on the Design and Build parts of the process and will require the following skillsets and responsibilities:

Objective Setting and Proposal:


o Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document the design and build requirements for new Support offers being brought to market by the Unified Solutions Group.
o Work with delivery to tailor the team’s operations to meet the unique demands of offers (i.e. Digital Native, Citizen Alliance Support, Partner Offer).
o Help inform offerings with new innovations such as the in the case of the Digital Natives offer, identifying the unique selling point of staffing with a specialized team recruited from engineering and computer science schools.
