Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver the Customer Continuum across lines of business segmentation to understand customer financial needs and behaviors
- Work closely with Finance and Strategy partners to develop frameworks used to identify best customers and cost benefit analysis marketing and experience investment decision making.
- Leverage data across lines of business to understand opportunities to deepen customer relationships and size opportunities to increase segment-level profitability.
- Partner with Digital, Product, and other teams to define customer level attributes to be used across Consumer and Community Banking.
- Develop requirements to build segment level dashboards and reporting, identify critical KPI's and partner across the Consumer and Community Bank organization to identify improvement opportunities
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of 10 to deliver the Segmentation and Customer Analytics roadmap.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- BS or MS degree in related disciplines, i.e., Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science; 10+ years’ experience in data and analytics, or related consulting in consumer financial services, with a proven record of high performance
- Strong financial knowledge of NPVs calculations and how to incorporate into analysis used for decision making.
- Demonstrated experience of Machine Learning and AI applications, with a record of delivering analytics that drive business value
- Experience capturing and analyzing requirements (internal and external) and translating them into a viable product
- Experience working with agile development teams on scalable, cloud-based SaaS solutions
- Experience in stakeholder management and building effective operating models in complex organizations
- Strong team leadership and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on teamwork and coaching junior team members
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Master’s Degree, MBA preferably
- 4-5 years of professional work experience in Data Modeling in the financial industry and 3+ years of Management Consulting experience (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Accenture etc.)
- A good understanding of financial markets, instruments, and products
- Experience in segmentation and cluster analytics desirable
