- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program management.
- Experience with ML frameworks.
Preferred qualifications:
- 8 years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
- Experience managing projects on software engineering teams and/or product management.
- Experience working with software and hardware teams, particularly in high performance compute or ML accelerators.
- Track record of successfully delivering complex software products, and in-depth knowledge of project management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, discussing agreements, and organizational skills.
