8 years of experience in program management.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience working with field teams such as Field Sales Representatives, Customer Engineers, Technical Account Manager, Professional Services Organization to drive customer success.
Experience working with engineering, product, and customer-facing teams.
Experience developing and maintaining operational metrics and tracking key performance indicators.
Experience in technical program management, primarily in a cloud or infrastructure domain.
Ability to manage escalations and critical incidents.
