As Senior Human Resources Communications Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Working with CHRO and Internal Communications Director, take the lead in creating, planning, and executing Akamai's global HR internal communications strategy
• Writing and editing communications for the CHRO (emails, presentations, key messages, blogs, program initiatives, intranet content etc.)
• Having a strategic change management mindset to help the organization adopt new HR programs, processes, and/or policies
• Collaborating with HR functions and leaders, partnering within the business, and HR COE, to support global HR communications initiatives
• Managing content and production for quarterly HR All Hands meetings
• Participating in Akamai's Global Communications Network to ensure communications alignment and information-sharing across the functions and divisions

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• 10+ years of related work experience in internal communications, employee engagement, human resources, and/or change management
• Have experience with executive communications and confidence/comfort working closely with senior leaders
• Have a proven ability to roll out successful change and engagement experiences (ideally within a global organization)
• Have a proven ability to produce original, creative, and compelling multichannel communications strategies and and content
• Demonstrate the ability to manage, coordinate, and execute multiple communications and engagement initiatives within tight timelines
• Demonstrate teamwork and interpersonal skills, the ability to build relationships and communicate and influence at all levels
• Experience with communications measurement and optimization, translating to lessons learned, and implementing improvements
