JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities :

- Prepare and deliver documentation (estimations, proposals, clarifications and other information) in response to customer requests from early stages (bid-no-bid decision) until order is booked, including the coordination and development of the proposal in all aspects.
- Should possess the ability to communicate technical concepts and solutions to internal and external customers e.g. understanding site surveys, accurately reviewing customer specifications, and with the ability to identify opportunities, risks, and resources required to achieve results within the proposal cycle; - Translate customer needs and business requirements into detailed technical solutions and proposals. Evaluate potential solutions and systems architecture to ensure that they meet all requirements;
- Hold and lead meetings with internal teams, customers, and vendors to review requirements, address open issues/questions, close gaps;
- Create and Maintain Bid Plan and Review / Update Action Rail, coordinate follow-up call, assign actions and support in make them done in the proper time;
- Support sales and operations team to create project delivery plan, including labor execution strategy and customer responsibilities. - Identify external content (3rd party) and interact with Procurement to obtain technical and commercial offers from external suppliers. - Responsible for creation/collection of approvals documents and support on the review calls with upper management, including functional approvals, internal approvals and associated documents. Any additional required approvals: Payment Terms, T&Cs, etc.

- A bachelor’s degree in engineering must have
- Quality oriented, accuracy, ability to follow procedures, support change
- Technical mindset and integrative thinking
- MS Office package pro use, Excel
- A basic understanding of the bid management process and best practices
- Technical knowledge of DCS, SCADA, Safety Systems or any other industrial process systems: can be field engineering experience or advanced plant control or at least a well-developed sense of the industry and market trends
- Demonstrated success working effectively in a deadline driven environment
- Proven ability to work on multiple projects/ opportunities at one time Qualification Preferred :

- 3+ years of bid management or project management experience
- Knowledge of existing Honeywell Process Solutions portfolio
- Experience working in a highly matrixed organization
- Experience with balancing short-term results with long term strategy
- Good level in English and French.
