WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Manage the governance of Enterprise Resilience activities and contribute to the development and maintenance of enterprise-wide policies, procedures, and process documentation
- Support the effective management of program tools
- Define and track performance metrics (e.g. KPIs) to determine the effectiveness of our program and resilience efforts
- Manage the team’s support of audits, compliance, and customer requests
- Support the execution program lifecycle by assisting in the facilitation of Business Impact Analyses (BIA), operational and technical risk assessments, and testing business continuity and disaster recovery plans
- Identify opportunities for strategic improvement or mitigation of business interruptions and other risks
- Support in planning and managing business interruptions and crisis management
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for enhancements and implementing corrective actions
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 5+ years’ experience contributing on a Business Continuity or Disaster Recovery team
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders
- Familiarity with Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery framework standards such as ISO 22301, 27001, FFIEC, and NIST
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SaaS and Cloud-based tools, and familiarity with a remote workforce
- Relevant certifications in Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (e.g. DRI International, Business Continuity Institute)
- Experience working in a fast-paced start-up environment and in a multi-cultural setting
- Experience with FedRAMP compliance standards for Contingency Planning and Incident Response
