Job Summary
As Enterprise Resilience Manager, you’ll contribute technically to Enterprise Risk client engagements and internal projects related to technology, people, premises, processes, data and third parties to deliver services consistently. You’ll also identify potential business opportunities for EY within existing engagements, and escalate these as appropriate. Similarly, you’ll anticipate and identify risks within engagements and share any issues with the team.
Client responsibilities

- Ability to visualise and propose solutions to customers based on the requirements shared
- Help prepare reports and schedules that will be delivered to clients and other parties
- Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel
- Planning and monitoring of the project deliverables for the team
- Mentor the project team in executing the project deliverables
- Regular status reporting to the project manager and onsite coordinators
- Demonstrate flexibility to travel to the customer locations / other EY offices, on need basis
- Good documentation and communication skills

Mandatory skills requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in the field of Enterprise Resilience, business continuity and disaster recovery
- Knowledge of Operational Resilience, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery programs, Cyber Resilience, Third Party Management, integrated testing programs (e.g., technology, business, vendor resilience testing) including the alignment of critical business services to technology assets and vendors, or resilience risk and reporting / scorecards.
- Experience in conducting Enterprise Resilience assessments and safeguarding business continuity through effective crisis response planning
- Experience in working with Enterprise Resilience standards/frameworks (such as ISO22301) to identify, analyse, mitigate, monitor and communicate risks related to business continuity, disaster recovery, crisis management, criticality assessment, single point of failure, third party resilience, communication and escalation, etc.
- Draft assessment reports including findings, associated risks, and recommendations related to Enterprise Resilience
- Develop Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), Key Performance Indicators KPIs and creating dashboards (in MS Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.) for continuous monitoring of Enterprise Resilience risks
- Develop Enterprise Resilience policies, standards, and procedures
- Experience in Resiliency tools such as ServiceNow, IBM, VEEAM, Fusion etc.
- Well versed with the security concepts and should be able to drive discussions for Enterprise Resilience with clients
Preferred skills
- Experience in conducting awareness training and workshops on Enterprise Resilience
- Demonstrated track record with a consulting organization and/or a blue-chip organization
- Demonstrated experience in delivery of engagements and client management
- B.E/B.Tech (Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunications, Comp. Science)/MBA/M.Sc. having experience with other Big3 or panelled IT/ ITeS companies.
Certifications (Preferred)
- Relevant professional certifications such as ISO22301, CBCP, EDRP, CBCI, etc.
