• Warehouse& Freight Management: Optimize layout and space utilization within thewarehouse to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Cost Analysis & Control: Analyze costs associated with warehouse &freight operations, such as labor, equipment, utilities and assessories
  Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to reduceexpenses/assessories charges while maintaining service levels.
• Vendor& Contract Management: Manage relationships with third-party logisticsproviders and Freight vendors. Partnerwith sourcing on contracts and service agreements to ensure competitive pricingand service levels
• ProcessImprovement: Continuously evaluate warehouse and TMS processes and proceduresto identify opportunities for improvement.

• PerformanceMonitoring & Reporting : Develop and maintain key performance indicators(KPIs) to measure warehouse & TMS performance.
• Productivity Project Managemen t Partner with freight management team andresponsible for Productivity project reports in value
  

• Significant experience in Logistics or relevant functions in Integration Supply Chain
• Significant experience in Supervision/Managerial role
• Think independently and handle multiple projects through to completion
• Excellent collaboration and influence with management and cross function teams
• Independent work initiative, sound judgment, diplomacy, analytical ability and professional demeanor
• Ability to lead people/team and engage/mentor staffs
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
