About the Role:

Responsible for operations within manufacturing warehouses, incoming quality assurance, bulk packaging, shipping and receiving, Responsibilities include directing, developing and implementing systems that produce the highest quality customer service in the most cost-effective manner. This role directs activities of logistics staff and develops policies and procedures for operation of end-to-end material flow activities. Coordinates replenishment activities with the manufacturing groups both internal as well as sister sites to ensure timely material replenishment. Ensures systems are in place to monitor and track department performance.

Your Responsibilities will Include:

  • Recruits, coaches and develops organizational talent.

  • Demonstrates effective change leadership. Builds strategic partnerships to further departmental and organizational objectives.
  • Develops and executes organizational and operational policies that affect one or more groups by utilizing technical/professional knowledge and skills.
  • Monitors compliance with company policies and procedures (e.g. compliance with FDA, BSI, EEO regulations, etc.).
  • Ensures adherence to site cycle count policy
  • Makes decisions regarding work processes or operational plans and schedules to achieve department objectives.
  • Develops, monitors and appropriately adjusts the annual budget for department(s).

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field with 7-10 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization as well as with external vendors
  • Experience working in Microsoft Suite
  • Experience with SAP

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the medical device industry Experience in purchasing, supply chain, inventory management or planning, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Understanding of FDA, BSI, and other relevant regulatory requirements for manufacturing and distribution
  • Ability to use advanced data analysis tools and techniques to monitor and improve departmental and supplier performance.
