Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve time sensitive billing issues (technical and data related), perform root cause analysis, and identify workarounds and permanent solutions
- Administer and maintain ORMB platform and make configuration changes
- Collaborate with several development teams for issue escalation
- Maintain and/or create documentation related to operating procedure
Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in technical disciplines or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience required
- 2 + yrs. experience in writing SQL script
- 2 + yrs. experience as a software engineer with ORMB
- 5 + yrs. experience in IT area focusing on system troubleshooting and problem-solving complex business issues
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently on multiple tasks
- Logical approach, critical thinking, and analytical problem-solving skills
- Ability to perform well under pressure
Preferred
- Strong knowledge of billing process and functional knowledge of the ORMB product such as Pricing, Billing, Revenue Management, Payments & Collections
- Exhibit a proactive and solution-driven mindset with a readiness to learn and adapt to new technologies to meet client needs
- Systems/Application administration experience
