What you'll do

The key aspects and responsibilities of your role will be

• Review and approval of deals, ensuring accuracy and completeness of quotations
• Guiding and advising our internal customers on approval and contracting requirements
• Preparing contractual documents from template, drafting legal language for deal specifics
• Compliance verification based on internal policies
• Addressing internal and external queries within an agreed Service Level Agreement
• Using SAP technology for reporting, monitoring and managing deals and other transactions end to end
• Contributing ideas to drive automation, standardization and process improvements

What you bring

• Fluent written and spoken English
• Good command on MS Office ( Excel, Word and Outlook )
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and find solutions to business challenges
• Excellent "Customer Focus" approach
• Strong follow-up skills, proactive mindset and "can do" attitude
• Ability to work under pressure
• University Degree preferably in Law or Economics might be advantage
• Previous professional experience in deal support is a plus

Successful candidates might be required to undergo a background verification with an external vendor.
