What you'll do
The key aspects and responsibilities of your role will be
- Review and approval of deals, ensuring accuracy and completeness of quotations
- Guiding and advising our internal customers on approval and contracting requirements
- Preparing contractual documents from template, drafting legal language for deal specifics
- Compliance verification based on internal policies
- Addressing internal and external queries within an agreed Service Level Agreement
- Using SAP technology for reporting, monitoring and managing deals and other transactions end to end
- Contributing ideas to drive automation, standardization and process improvements

What you bring
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Good command on MS Office ( Excel, Word and Outlook )
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and find solutions to business challenges
- Excellent "Customer Focus" approach
- Strong follow-up skills, proactive mindset and "can do" attitude
- Ability to work under pressure
- University Degree preferably in Law or Economics might be advantage
- Previous professional experience in deal support is a plus
