The Controls Technology organization , which is part of Functions Technology, is the technology partner for Central Controls . We design , build and manage technology solutions used for Risk and Controls Self-assessment, Controls Monitoring and testing, and several others

Responsibilities:

• Provides IT strategic direction for projects managed including developing detailed IT work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans and status reports.
• Exercises influence over team budget, policy formulation and planning.
• Has significant business impact through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes and industry standards.
• Provides expertise in projects managed and demonstrates an advanced level of understanding of the principles of IT project leadership.
• Possesses an understanding of client core business functions.
• Directly impacts the business through contribution to technical direction and strategic decisions for IT Project Leadership.
• Influences and negotiates with senior leaders (across functions); may communicate with external parties.
• Utilizes comprehensive knowledge of multiple areas within technology to achieve technology objectives.
• Responsible for resource management and allocation of work; acts as advisor or coach to new or lower-level analysts.
• Provides in-depth and sophisticated analysis with interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years’ experience in a related Program/Project IT technology role and subject matter expertise in financial services.
• Experience in managing large scale technology programs in financial services is required.
• Technology program management experience not operations is required.
• Experience in stakeholder management
• Any experience in Audit engagement / program management closure packs etc.… would be a huge advantage.
• Written and Verbal Communication must be quite polished in order to work well with our senior stakeholders.
• PMP or other certifications desirable
