Responsibilities include:

  • Analyze campaign performance data to uncover trends, insights, and optimization opportunities.
  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards and reports using salesforce and related tools.
  • Manage marketing technology stack and ensure integrations between platforms function properly.
  • Assist in lead management processes, including lead scoring, routing, and attribution.
  • Support A/B testing, conversion tracking, and performance measurement strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, IT, finance) to align marketing operations with broader business initiatives.
  • Maintain data cleanliness, segmentation strategies, and database health.
  • Evaluate and implement new tools to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI.
  • Creative thinking - discovering new opportunities and solutions for problems by looking beyond current practices and using innovative thinking.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing analytics, or related roles.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and sales platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel, SQL, or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, DOMO).
  • Knowledge of digital marketing metrics and funnel KPIs.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical insights to non-technical
  • Experience in maintaining data hygiene and building
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment
  • Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes
  • Strong understanding of the CTV and OTT landscape inclusive of vendors and players a plus.
