Responsibilities:
Gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Analyze and optimize business processes and system workflows.
Create engaging PowerPoint presentations for system updates and process improvements.
Develop reports and documentation to enhance business efficiency.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure practical, scalable solutions.
Assist in system testing, troubleshooting, and validation.
Learn and apply BI tools (Power BI, SpotFire) and workflow automation.
Participate in Scrum meetings to improve workflows and productivity.
Apply creative problem-solving to drive impactful solutions.
REQUIRED:
Current student pursuing a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science and Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English
Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint for clear, structured presentations
Basic understanding of business processes and system development
Eager to learn new technologies and business analysis techniques
Effective team player in dynamic, cross-functional environments
The internship period must be at least 3 months , starting in January 2026
PREFERRED:
Knowledge of Excel, SQL, or basic programming.
Familiarity with business process modeling (BPMN, UML) or workflow automation
Exposure to Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks, with an interest in continuous improvement
