Minimum qualifications:

- 4 years of experience in management consulting, or an operations-related function; or 2 years of experience with an advanced degree in business, accounting, or finance.
- Experience in financial consulting, strategy and operations, or business process transformation.
Preferred qualifications:
- Certifications in Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Green Belt, Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certifications.
- Experience leading complex process improvement projects and influencing and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Experience with applying statistical methods, SQL, and dashboard design, with excellent data analysis skills.
- Ability to communicate successfully via writing and presentations with all levels of the organization.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
