• •Oversee and manage the Global BMC S2P operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes.
• Investigate and resolve day-to-day operational issues within the S2P process, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
• Work on proactive projects aimed at identifying cost-saving opportunities and enhancing operational performance.
• Work with the Vendor Compliance & Initiatives Lead to analyse current S2P processes to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives that reduce risk and improve speed to market.
• Maintain a deep understanding of EY and Global BMC operations, including risk and procurement policies.
• Develop and maintain strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and self-direction within the team.• People/ Operations / Project Management experience
• Quickly build knowledge of the EY business, particularly the key priorities, structure, internal audience, core offerings and our clients’ issues and agendas.
• Help driving change, innovation, process automation and continuous improvements across the organization.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Proven experience in S2P operations, procurement, or supply chain management.
• Strong understanding of EY and Global BMC operations, including risk and procurement policies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and self-direct projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse, global team environment.
