Support global C&B processes such as salary review and bonus
Manage & support compensation plans & payments
Perform data analysis and provide findings, conclusions, and recommendations
Conduct job benchmarking and market analysis evaluations
Work and manage global processes in our Oracle system
Conduct ad-hoc market analysis
Support Global compensation & benefit projects
Work directly with internal stakeholders such as Talent Acquisition, HR, Payroll, Finance, and a variety of managers
Research and analyze internal and external data relating to compensation and benefit programs (including market trends and benchmarks) while considering our company culture.
Requirements:
2-3 Years of experience as a Compensation & Benefits analyst or business / financial analyst
Experience in a global work environment – an advantage
Excellent in Excel & Power point (Macro is an advantage)
Fluent English speaker with high written/verbal communication skills - a must
Report building skills
Strong analytical skills
Highly organized with the ability to multitask
Carry a wide strategic view
Independent, creative thinker who can work in a team environment
