Conduct data analyses, evaluating market trends and ensuring our total reward packages are competitive to industry benchmarks
Proactively engage ,partner and advise management members and HRBPs globally to contribute to business success
Collaborate with stakeholders such as legal and finance teams to ensure alignment with our total rewards programs
Provide guidance to the People team and management regarding compensation-related matters, such as job offers, promotions, salary adjustments, equity grants, budget allocation and incentive plans
Support the implementation of the “total rewards” philosophy and plans within relevant organizations, including cash and equity programs
Support compensation processes including comp system, budgets, ranges, surveys, training and internal comp tools in alignment with the global C&B team, while meeting regional needs
Be accountable for job evaluation, competitive assessment and compensation infrastructure across diverse company roles
Conduct thorough analyses of compensation and benefits data, including salaries, incentives and programs, evaluating effectiveness and recommending modifications to align with evolving business needs and trends
