Your role:
- Support the strategic planning process (Hoshin), operationalizing the strategic initiatives and safeguarding their successful deployment.
- Influence management team members and their teams to improve their ways of working and deliver results through training and facilitation of Lean Practices. Train and coach the organization’s leaders to embrace Lean Leadership as their primary way to lead people, and support the business in their CI competence development, determining knowledge and competence gaps.
- Lead change and move the organization to outperform customer and internal expectations by improving quality, cost, cycle times, delivery and simplifying ways-of-working.
- As a business partner, share the responsibility to achieve financial commitments and overall objectives by establishing a mature Performance Management and Continuous Improvement (CI) capability across the organization, leveraging Philips Excellence methodologies such as: Lean, Agile, Design Thinking, Project Management, Change Management and their sustainable implementation.
- Build strong relationships within the strategic IGTD Plymouth, MN site to influence leaders and impact the global business.
You're the right fit if:
- You’ve acquired a minimum of 10 years’ relevant working experience in a global technology company, preferably in the Medical Devices industry. Leadership experience in business functions (e.g. R&D, Operations, Service) is a plus.
- Your skills include:
- A proven track record in Lean/Continuous Improvement and Change Management.
- You know how to motivate and engage people and possess great networking skills and the ability to enthuse colleagues for Lean culture. You can work with every level of the organization, from work floor to executives.
- The ability to drive change with a sense of urgency and bias for action.
- The ability to constructively challenge, create consensus for change, and coach fellow leaders.
- You have a Bachelor’s degree, with a Master’s degree a plus.
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this .
- You are a team player, passionate for results and people. Effective in different cultural environments.
- Travel required, estimated less than 25%.

The pay range for this position in Plymouth, MN is $139,650 to $239,400.
