Key Responsibilities - Strategically partner with leadership team to drive profitable growth and create business value through technology.
- Ensure technology systems and procedures lead to outcomes aligned with business goals.
- Partner with Enterprise technology team on the development of all customer-facing platforms. Focusing on Commercial
- Excellence and lead Service’s business
- Proactively advise the Service business Executive Leadership Team (ELT) regarding emerging technologies and digital trends that are most relevant to business goals and evolving needs
- Prioritize requests across the Service businesses; facilitate discussions across the ELT to generate buy- in for large program decisions.
- Lead Quote to Cash initiatives for Service business. Deploy solutions to reduce past dues / unbilled through digital automations and AI capabilities
- Lead the annual IT operating plan and manage associated budget aligned with strategic goals.
- Drive value/ROI mindset across IT investments and track benefit realization
- Evangelize new opportunities possible with technology investment; challenge status quo and drive data/digital disruption.
- Continuous improvement on employee IT experience and productivity.
- Ensure completion of implementation of a singular SAP ERP consolidation.
- Ensure Information risk management (IRM) is leveraged to drive holistic Business Continuity plans.
- Establish IT policies, strategies, and standards.
- Develop and approve technology futures and budgets
YOU MUST HAVE - 10+ years of experience in leading medium to large scale digital solution deployments and projects executed in DevOps/ Agile methodology
- Minimum of 4+ years of hands on deployment experience in key digital areas Salesforce CRM, SAP Callidus CPQ, E-
- Commerce, Field Service Management tools such as Salesforce FieldService Lightning, or ServiceMax.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in deploying SaaS infrastructure models, Subscription billing & recurring revenue model solutions
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in leading cross-functional business teams in driving process automation, technology improvements, and change management
- Minimum 3+ years experience in managing technology and business IT roadmap, business case development, AOP (Annual Operating Plan), and strong business program management
- Minimum 3+ years experience in deploying ERP systems such as SAP. Very good understanding of data analytics, addressed problems through Artificial Intelligence (AI)
