In this role, you will:
- Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives
- Identify opportunities for process improvement by conducting root cause testing of all compliance and business metrics
- Determine areas of strength or Business Execution opportunity within defined scope of work
- Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations
- Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables
- Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business
- Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of business
- Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management
- Provide work direction to lessexperienced Strategyand Execution staff
- Quickly become a dedicated member of an Agile scrum team focused on technology-based process improvements with solutions used by marketers across the enterprise
- Design detailed workflow process and task steps to reflect the desired operating processes defined by user stories within the scrum team
- Maintain application environments in line with industry best practices including clean-up of unused or outdated components to ensure optimal system experience
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years ofBusiness Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planningexperience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with designing and configuring workflow processes in platforms such as Aprimo or Red Oak
- 2+ years of Agile experience
- Experience with marketing technology platforms
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
- Experience developing reporting with operational data derived from marketing operations platforms such as Workfront
- Experience in prompt engineering and technical agent design, with ability to translate business goals into effective AI-driven workflows
- Proven ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Pay Range
$77,000.00 - $133,000.00
