About this role:
The Lead Consultant will work on lending transformation initiatives, analyze and create operating models, identify and deliver process optimization, automation, and functional improvement.
In this role, you will:
- Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives
- Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
- Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
- Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
- Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
- Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Commercial Banking, Corporate & Investment Banking and/or Lending Operations experience
- 5+ years of Project and/or Change Management experience
- Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail with ability to draw conclusions and translate findings
- Strong ability to work independently, and to effectively interact with process owners and business partners
- Demonstrated experience in identifying root cause(s) of issues, developing solutions that mitigate risk, and finding opportunities to improve efficiency
- Demonstrated organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
- Proven and demonstrated leadership skills including relationship building, partnering and collaboration skills with clear ability to influence, gain buy-in and negotiate with a diverse group of key businesspartners/stakeholdersincluding senior management
- Facilitation skills, including ability to facilitate decision-making and broker agreements amongst diverse, differing, and/or conflictingperspectives/priorities
- Ability to develop operational reporting and perform complex data and trend analysis using advanced Excel techniques
- Successful completion of Process Management Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, Agile or Design Thinking
- Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate complex concepts in a clear manner

- Ability to work a hybrid schedule

Pay Range
$87,000.00 - $171,800.00
