Leverage insights from customer and market data to analyze Tesla’s position, market share, competitor products, pricing, customer sentiment and success – help identify pain points and opportunities and create and implement plans to address
Develop new commercial offerings (e.g. bundling, financing, etc.). Support the success of new hardware / software product launches working closely with Engineering, New Product Introduction / Launch, Finance, Marketing, etc.
Forge new partnerships and support/expand existing channel relationships in collaboration with sales and business development teams
Collaborate with analytics/data functions to put in place the necessary tools to track performance to program KPIs, ensure dissemination of reporting to various audiences is timely and relevant
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, or related background
7+ years of work experience in business operations, program management, product management, management consulting, finance and/or other related fields
Charging or Energy industry experience strongly preferred
Extremely organized and comfortable managing a high degree of complexity, and embraces change and rapid pace of work
Fluency with Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, organizational tools (Confluence, JIRA) required
Strong interpersonal skills; ability to interface with and influence multiple teams at various levels of the organization
Structured communication: ability to present to executive team both in visual and verbal means
