Your Impact

As a Services and Software Account Executive you will be a key member of the account team, you will drive customer experience transformation and intimacy leading the services strategy within your accounts. You will be crucial in growing the New Recurring Annual Contract Value (ACV) Premium Services, Buying programs and Advanced Services. Leveraging your consultative selling experience you will develop a deep knowledge of your customers business, identify opportunities, qualify, forecast and close winning solutions.

  • Drive customer experience transformation and intimacy
  • Responsible for the Services and Software Buying Programs strategy in your accounts
  • Grow the New Recurring Annual Contract Value (ACV) Premium Services, Buying programs and Advanced Services
  • Lead and participate in customer and partner-facing activities

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of sales experience in related technology fields
  • Knowledge of Cisco’s or a competitor’s Professional/Advanced Services portfolio

Preferred Qualifications

  • Expertise in Outside-In / Consultative selling
  • BA/BS degree in technology-related fields or marketing/management
  • Software Selling Experience
  • ITIL Certification
  • 5+ years of services sales experience in IT or related industry.
  • Uncovers and understands customer strategies and objectives; identifies and handles multiple buyer personas (c-level, technical, economic, etc.). Ability to tailor messages to an appropriate audience.
  • Understanding of Key Drivers and Strategic Imperatives of relevant Industry.
  • Consultative selling skills aligned to each customer’s unique business problems and strategic objectives.
  • Ability to develop trusted relationships based on a deep understanding of the customer's business
  • Collaborate and drive cross-functional team within Cisco and Partners to influence desired outcomes.
