To ensure you are set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:
• You have 5+ years of executive level administrative support, preferrable supporting a sales organization within an enterprise tech/software company.
• You have experience and success in setting up large global events including global travel.
• You have advanced skills with MS Office; SalesForce, Salesloft or any other sales technology is a plus.
• The environment is very dynamic, so you need to multi-task, manage multiple projects, and constantly re-prioritize as circumstances change, paying close attention to detail while maintaining outstanding “customer service” skills.
• You are proactive and a self-starter who can work with little to no direction while working with people in a win-win fashion to get the results we need.
• You possess excellent written and verbal communications skills and be able to handle tense situations in a tactful and professional manner. Interpersonal skills will be mature and experienced.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
