• Working with different EY databases and tracking tools
• Processing information from clients
• Preparing and filing internal documents
• Support with administrative tasks
• Coordinating and administration of office facilities
• Reports and various correspondence to clients and Croatian authorities
• Weekly reports to the teams, managers etc.
• Meetings and conference calls set up
• Translating and drafting various documents
• Travel arrangements, manage the employee’s expense reimbursement and per diems
• Administrating student contracts
• Collecting and analyzing data required for various assessments, risk and quality management and other regulatory compliance reporting
• Other requirements requested by Assurance Management team
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of work experience in Office management and Administration
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in Croatian and English
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel
• A high attention to detail and an ability to deliver to tight deadlines
• The ability to prioritize work in accordance of urgency
• Strong administrative skills and sense of responsibility
• Capability to work well under pressure
• Excellent organizational, coordination and time management skills
• Accuracy, drive, reliability, flexibility, diligence and independence in work
• Service oriented approach to clients and colleagues
• Nice, open and communicative personality
• Working with friendly and energetic team
