A Front Office Assistant provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the Client Innovation Center (CIC) office.
The scope of this role includes the following: communication management , database system maintenance, office supply purchasing, inventory management and other administration and reporting activities.
Main responsibilities:
- Badge and key management;
- Incoming and outgoing post;
- Room reservations;
- Travel orders preparation;
- Stationery ordering and inventory management;
- Bond cart submissions for the needs of the Center;
- Supporting staff during the visit of external clients (issuing of temporary access cards, entry into the register, room reservation);- Monitoring inventory status and ordering office supplies and technical equipment;
- Other administrative support to leaders / managers, including various reports preparation.
Experience in similar positions is preferred.
