KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Applying knowledge of control software, hardware, process, and systems product life cycle development.
- Building and connecting Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems in collaboration with IT staff.
- Designing user-friendly and accessible graphical user interfaces for operators to interact with complex process equipment.
- Implementing and configuring communications networks to interconnect industrial instrumentation and control equipment.
- Developing database systems to reliably store and archive operational data from industrial machines.
- Collaborating with internal and external customers to develop systems that meet user requirements.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
US CITIZENSHIP REQUIREMENTS
Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelors degree
- Minimum 8 years of Process, Controls, Software, or Systems Engineering, or Information Technology background.
- U.S. citizenship in order to obtain and maintain government security clearance.
WE VALUE
- Bachelor’s degree in computer or electrical engineering, or other related engineering field.
- Master’s degree in computer or electrical engineering, or other related engineering field.
- Knowledge of secure development lifecycle and implementation of cyber security best practices.
- Knowledge of Ethernet communications networks and protocols; including OPC-UA, MQTT, Modbus/TCP, Profinet, or Ethernet/IP.
- Experience with Honeywell Experion HS system.
- Strong troubleshooting skillset, capable of debugging complex systems and problems in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience with cryogenic processing equipment, including pumps, valves, sensors, and other instrumentation operating in low temperature regimes.
