• Consults and develops for medium or complex network configuration file, capacity planning, network interface analysis, advanced product dimensioning/solutioning and provide overall engineering support Recommends coverage, capacity, QoE, QoS associated optimization impact on site/cell or SW feature parameters. Organizes field measurements & laboratory tests. Acts as primary escalation point on customer and performance network audits and on problem-solving
  Support PLM during the offer phases to clarify the needs, assess feasibility and identify the related effort/ costs
• Support PM/TPM during project execution providing technical support as per SoW
• Responsible for making the design documents as High & Low level design for DWDM & DCN networks
• Work with SME for complex transformation/integration MoP documents
• Deliver design related Professional services on site/remote (migration/transformation ...)

• Fluent in French & English (speaking/writing)
• Proven Field experience in Nokia IP transport products mainly in Network management system, DWDM(PSS/OTN)
• Proven experience in software installation, integration and Migration of Network management systems as well Capable to make basis troubleshooting for NMS
• Should know various transport technologies like DWDM, SDH, ETH (EoSDH and MPLS-TP), GMPLS
• Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills
• Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications engineering
• 5 or more years of experience in Transport networks
• AI. LM knowledge , CCNA & CCNB certification is a plus
• Able to work under stress and in a team in project environment
